Video Testing Capability Clients can now use BASES e-Panel to test their concepts using video stimuli, with the same assurance of security and accuracy.  Some key benefits of BASES e-Panel video-testing capability include the following: Videos are downloaded by respondents, rather than issued in streaming video, to ensure a consistent high quality viewing experience.  Respondents are not able to copy, transfer, or save the video file. Respondents may view the video only once, and BASES’ proprietary usage tracking system ensures that each respondent has seen the stimulus in its entirety.  This protocol is similar to BASES’ concept exposure protocol for print stimuli.  Those who have not viewed the entire video are dropped from the study sample. Parallel testing R&D prior to the introduction of video testing via e-Panel yielded results that were very consistent with BASES’ overall testing experience.  BASES generates forecasts from video stimuli with the same degree of stated accuracy as forecasts from data collected through more traditional methodologies.
