For those who enjoy athletic pursuits, many BASES employees participate in intramural sports, including soccer, volleyball, football, and basketball.  Several offices are also located within walking distance of a fitness center.

The working environment of BASES is comfortable and informal; dress is business casual as a general rule.

All employees are invited (but not required) to participate in many informal and fun company- sponsored events. One highlight is the Halloween celebration, in which each department chooses a theme and decorates its area accordingly.
